1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the wlb88 website accessible at https://wlb88.app and all associated mobile interfaces, sub-domains, and services operated under the wlb88 brand.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully completed the wlb88 registration process and holds an active account.
• "Account" means the personal account registered in a Member's name through which the Member accesses Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) funds held in a Member's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by wlb88 to a Member's Account, subject to wagering requirements as defined in Section 5.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity-verification process wlb88 applies to Accounts prior to processing withdrawals or as required for compliance purposes.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, crash game, and related products made available on the Platform, including but not limited to sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and Bandar Q (Indonesia's traditional domino card game).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game or event offered by the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to, or use of, the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable local law.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Platform and use of any wlb88 Service is strictly conditional on a Member satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which an Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wlb88 operates a strict 21+ policy. Individuals under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing Bets. wlb88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where the Member's age cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.
• Geographic Access: The Platform is operated for users who access it in jurisdictions where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable personal law. By registering, you represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not eligible to hold an Account.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, the same identity, or linked by device, IP address, payment method, or other identifying signal — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not register or maintain an Account if you have previously requested self-exclusion from wlb88 or from any other gambling platform, or if you are enrolled in any voluntary exclusion program. 3. Account Registration

To access real-money Services on the Platform, you must complete the wlb88 registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. wlb88 is not liable for any loss resulting from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account details.
• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wlb88 will treat any action taken through your Account as having been authorized by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• Account Security: wlb88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You agree to notify the Platform's support team immediately — via live chat or by emailing support@wlb88.app — if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at wlb88's discretion, you may be required to submit identity-verification documents. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. wlb88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.
• Account Closure by Member: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any eligible Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• Account Suspension by wlb88: wlb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused a promotional offer, or otherwise acted contrary to the Platform's operational integrity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wlb88 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

• Supported Payment Methods: wlb88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon. E-wallet payments are supported via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Processing Times: Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically confirmed within 1 to 5 minutes during normal banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes following approval, subject to the Member's bank's own processing schedule. During Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri and Nyepi, processing times may be extended.
• Funds Ownership: You warrant that all funds deposited into your wlb88 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. wlb88 applies anti-money-laundering (AML) screening to all significant transactions and may request supporting documentation where required.
• No Third-Party Deposits: You must not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to third parties. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name and match the identity details provided during KYC verification. Transactions involving third-party payment methods will be declined and the associated funds held pending investigation.
• Platform Fees: wlb88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wlb88 accepts no responsibility.
• Transaction Limits: wlb88 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at the Account level, particularly where enhanced due-diligence requirements apply. Members will be notified of any applicable limits via the Account dashboard or by direct communication from the support team.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

wlb88 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Promotions are available only to eligible Members who meet the specific criteria stated in the individual promotion's terms. wlb88 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on Account history, geographic location, or deposit method.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. As a general reference, deposit-match bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general rule: slots and crash games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each promotion is available once per Member, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless the promotion's terms explicitly permit multiple claims. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap. Any amount in excess of the applicable cap will be removed from the Account upon withdrawal processing.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice.
• wlb88's Discretion: wlb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has qualified but before completion, wlb88 will endeavor to honor earned benefits on a pro-rata basis where operationally practicable.

6. Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the wlb88 Platform. Specific rules for individual game types — including sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and Bandar Q (domino banker game) — are published within the relevant product interfaces and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A Bet is not valid until it has been confirmed as accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. wlb88 reserves the right to decline or cancel any Bet at its discretion, including where system errors, incorrect odds, or data-feed anomalies are identified.
• Odds and Prices: Odds displayed on the sportsbook, including pre-match markets, live in-play markets, mix parlay (accumulator) selections, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, are subject to change prior to final Bet acceptance. The odds recorded at the time of confirmed Bet acceptance are the odds that apply to the settlement of that Bet.
• Void Bets: A Bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the event does not proceed within a time period sufficient for a result to stand under the applicable sporting rules. Void Bets are refunded to the Member's Account at stake value.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during any game session, wlb88 will apply its best efforts to settle the affected round based on the last confirmed server-side game state. In cases where the game state cannot be reliably determined, the stake will be refunded to the Member's Account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. wlb88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at the Account level where required for operational or risk-management purposes.
• Results and Settlements: The official result as determined by wlb88's data providers or game servers shall be final for settlement purposes. In the case of sportsbook events, results are based on official scores at the end of regular time unless stated otherwise in the specific market's rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

wlb88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Members are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wlb88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place Bets or interact with Platform games.
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technologies.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward wlb88 staff or other Members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wlb88 Platform — including but not limited to the wlb88 name, logo, graphic design, software, game interfaces, text, images, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of wlb88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes.

Members must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of wlb88. Unauthorized use of wlb88 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wlb88 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — relating to the Platform and its Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• wlb88 does not warrant that the Platform will operate free of interruptions, errors, or data-transmission delays at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• wlb88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from betting decisions, reliance on information displayed on the Platform, or technical malfunctions beyond wlb88's reasonable control.
• wlb88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the Member's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by wlb88's negligence, or for any other matter in respect of which applicable law does not permit limitation or exclusion of liability.

11. Privacy & Data

wlb88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

wlb88 implements technical and organizational security measures — including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption and access controls — to protect Member data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Despite these measures, no internet-based system is entirely immune to security risks, and wlb88 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over public networks.

wlb88 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without the Member's explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

12. Amendments to These Terms

wlb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wlb88 will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via a notice displayed on the Platform or by direct communication to the email address registered on the Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law as applied by the jurisdiction under which wlb88 is licensed and operated. wlb88 is an internationally licensed platform providing services to users who access the Platform of their own initiative and volition.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and wlb88, the Member agrees to first contact the Platform's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and resolved through wlb88's internal complaints procedure. wlb88 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a substantive response within 20 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within the timeframe described above, the Member may refer the matter to arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, as directed by wlb88's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
